I’m signing up for the next session
I attended a practice session for Mindfulness led by Diksha. She expertly led us to a feeling of being calm, quiet and comfortable. This is not something which comes naturally to a person who is always on the go, doing several things at once! However, I soon felt the benefit of being still and just allowing myself to experience the tranquility. I’m signing up for the next session.

I left the class so relaxed, I can’t wait to keep practicing and developing this skill. Reacting to stress has always been difficult for me, so I am going to hone this technique, so I can respond and not react!
